Weekly Wrap Up

Basically just a short week for us here at the blog. Sash is still recovering (nearly 4 weeks later) from the end of A Storm of Swords by George R.R. Martin. It was such an emotional roller coaster that she just can’t seem to pick anything up but SOON. Also, BEA 2013 is in a few weeks so that will kick-start a reading binge for sure. Happy Reading and hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! And Happy Mother’s Day!

From the Publisher:

A Corner of White by Jaclyn Moriarty (Thanks, Scholastic!)
The Book of Broken Hearts by Sarah Ockler (Thanks, Simon & Schuster!)

Flannery (The Readventurer) - I feel like anyone who completes even one of George RR Martin’s books deserves a long break. The fact that Sash has finished three? She should get at least a month:)

I still need to read those two books you got from the publishers. They are both a top priority for me.ReplyCancel

Audrey (Bibliosaurus Text) - Even though I’m skipping BEA because I’m going to ALA only a month later, I’m a bit jealous of those going. Best to rest now so you can do plenty of book binging :-DReplyCancel

Bonnie - Finishing a George R.R. Martin book is a HUGE accomplishment. One of these days I’d like to shove everything aside and read the series in its entirety… it’ll take forever but would be so much fun. :)
I’ve heard great things about the new Ockler book! I still have Bittersweet on my TBR pile, need to fix that.
    Happy Reading!
